30-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind our hosting. If you are not satisfied with your new hosting account for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial order date — no questions asked.
What is covered
- Eligible plans: Starter, Business, and Ultimate shared hosting — new accounts only, first purchase only.
- The 30-day window runs from the date and time of your initial order confirmation email.
- Both monthly and annual shared hosting plans qualify.
- Only one money-back claim per customer / organisation.
What is not covered by the guarantee
- Renewal payments — the guarantee applies to the first billing period only.
- Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals (domains are registered with the registry immediately and cannot be unregistered).
- SSL certificate fees.
- VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and reseller hosting plans.
- Dedicated IPs, professional migration services, and all other add-ons.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
How to claim your refund
- Email hoststackpro@gmail.com from the address registered on your account within 30 calendar days of your order.
- Use the subject line: Money-Back Request — Invoice #[your invoice number].
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours and process the refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on www.hoststack.pro and its client portal at client.hoststack.pro, operated by Hoststack.pro, Bramapur Nath Para, Kolkata, South 24 Parganas 700084, India.
New shared hosting accounts are protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee. All other fees, renewals, and non-eligible services remain subject to the general no-refund terms below.
By placing an order or activating a service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
General no-refund policy
Except where the 30-day money-back guarantee applies (see above), all fees paid to Hoststack.pro are non-refundable once a service has been activated. This includes, without limitation:
- Renewal payments for monthly and annual hosting subscriptions
- Setup fees and one-time activation charges
- Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees
- SSL certificate fees
- Add-on services (dedicated IPs, extra storage, migrations, etc.)
- VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and reseller plans
- Partial months unused after cancellation
Services are provisioned immediately upon payment confirmation. Because we begin delivering the service at the point of purchase — and the costs of provisioning, bandwidth, and storage are incurred from day one — refunds outside the 30-day guarantee window are not available for change of mind, underuse, or dissatisfaction once a service has been activated.
Other exceptions
Outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee, a full or partial refund may be considered solely at Hoststack.pro's discretion in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error. We will refund the duplicate amount once verified.
- Service not delivered: We were unable to activate or provision your service within 7 business days of payment and you request cancellation before activation.
- Statutory right: Applicable Indian consumer protection law grants you a specific remedy that overrides this policy.
All exception requests must be submitted in writing to hoststackpro@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date, accompanied by your invoice number and a description of the issue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your hosting service at any time through the client portal at client.hoststack.pro or by emailing hoststackpro@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If you cancel within your 30-day money-back window, a full refund is issued regardless of days used.
- No refund is issued for the remaining days of the current billing period outside the 30-day window.
- Annual plans cancelled after the 30-day window do not receive a pro-rata refund for unused months.
- After cancellation, your account data and files will be retained for a grace period of 15 days, after which they will be permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading your own backups before the grace period expires.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your hosting account.
- Report the disputed amount as an outstanding debt.
- Block future account creation from associated details.
We encourage you to contact us first — most billing issues are resolved quickly and amicably. If you are within your 30-day money-back period, please claim your refund directly rather than filing a chargeback.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds — whether under the 30-day money-back guarantee or another approved exception — are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, card, net banking via Razorpay/PayU). Exact timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.
