Shortlist two regions, test ping and traceroute, then order a SKU that still has headroom for disk growth.
cPanel, root, and backup reality
cPanel is optional. If you want it, add licensing during the order or later from the client area. For backups, snapshots and vendor backups are not a substitute for offsite git + DB dumps on a schedule you test quarterly.
Billing: INR, cycles, and add-ons
The WHMCS cart is canonical: monthly vs annual, taxes, and add-ons (extra IPs, cPanel) appear before payment. The marketing site gives starting prices; your invoice is the source of truth.
